The TWthrive Journey

Hi! So glad you're here :) we are Charity and John Behage and we have created this space as an opportunity to learn, grow, and ultimately THRIVE with those around us. Aaaaand we want you to be a part of it!

Our vision is to someday have quite the operation and a huge community of individuals living their healthiest happiest lives. For now we are operating our own pretty dope garage gym and online platform. Our intent is to offer paid and free resources so that everyone can take something away from our passion project! Can't wait for you to check it out!

John Behage

I love being physically challenged, as I'm sure you can tell from my full smile during the Spartan Race pictured above! Working out is genuinely fun for me, but I understand that it is not for most people. My goal is to make working out as easy and sustainable for you as possible while keeping it productive and hopefully - fun!

Experience & Education:

  • Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)

  • Conducted hundreds of sessions

  • Has worked with 30 + clients

  •  Certified Nutrition Coach through NASM

  • Bachelors of Science in Biology

Charity Behage

I've dealt with a lot of health issues in the past and have seen vast improvement by implementing intentional changes in my diet and lifestyle. I would love to share the wealth of knowledge I've learned by working with you 1:1 or in a group setting. My hope is that...together we can thrive!
